Family and Youth Programs at C3 Ringwood: Building Stronger Bonds

C3 Powerhouse is a multigenerational Church in Ringwood that focuses on loving God and loving people. We have people from all ages and stages of life in our loving church community, and we are passionate about growing in our relationship with Jesus. It is important that everyone finds a home in our Church, which is why we are very passionate about young families – children, teens and parents all connecting into Church. We do this by running engaging children and youth programs that foster stronger bonds within the community.

Inclusive Family-Centric Celebrations

We regularly organise events within the school term and on the holidays that are great for the whole family. Every Easter and Christmas, we put on a great outreach event with many fun activities for the kids, including face painting, jumping castles, gift bags, and so much more. It is a great event for the whole family to attend – and as a Church, it is really important to us that not just the adults are engaged and learning, but that children and teenagers are too. We find that events like this really strengthen the bonds of families and bring them together.

Engaging Youth Programs

As well as great family events, we run a fortnightly youth program for teenagers’ support, development and spiritual growth. It is focused on them having fun, making friends through fellowship and growing in their faith. This runs on Friday Nights at our Church building for all Grade 7-12 students, where we have multiple adult leaders there to ensure a safe and educational engagement.

As a Church, we are passionate about seeing teenagers flourish in their lives, in their relationships and in their faith. We work with the parents and youth team to ensure a positive experience. We run groups that are a safe space to discuss the bible and answer questions on discovering your purpose. We also run events and services that are focused on worship, preaching and fun!

Local Traditions and Community Involvement

C3 Powerhouse is committed to honouring and loving the local community. We are passionate about helping people within Ringwood and the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Every year we donate finances to charities making a difference – such as School Chaplaincy at Ringwood Secondary College. This enables great staff to mentor, support and encourage local teenagers doing it tough. We have also donated food and hampers to families going through tough financial situations. C3 Powerhouse has a heart not just for the Church but the local community to flourish.

We would love to invite you to our Easter Service – Good Friday 9 am and Easter Sunday 10 am for a great event for the whole family. It is held at Unit 3 / 100 New St, Ringwood VIC 3134. There will be a great children’s program, gifts to give away, coffee and food, great worship and a message reflecting on Easter.
